SilviaMarroquin is a veteran employee benefits advisor with more than 20 years of experience. She focuseson assisting businesses with benefit plan implementation and enrollment. She enjoys working with her team to implement client programs and support HR needs, ensuring that programs deliver expected outcomes. Silvia is extremely knowledgeable of each insurance carrier's products and offerings, which enables her to bring thoughtful and innovative proposals to help business owners meet their benefits needs. At Davidow Financial & Insurance Services, Silvia is responsible for overseeing the entire Benefits Department. Her attention to detail has made her invaluable to our company and clients.
Director of Sales
Michael Davidow specializes in employee benefits management and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance. He is currently focused on enhancing our online Human Resources Information System(HRIS) product offering to ensure clients have an exceptional user experience when managing employee benefits and records. Michael studied business at California State University Northridge (CSUN) while working to obtain his insurance license before joining the Davidow Financial & Insurance team in 2015.
