Director of Service
Silvia is a veteran of employee benefits with over 20 years of experience. Her focus is to assist all size businesses with sales, service, plan implementation and benefit enrollment meetings. Silvia's also responsible for overseeing the entire Benefits Department. She especially enjoys working with her service team to implement client programs and support HR needs, ensuring that programs deliver expected outcomes. Silvia's attention to detail has made her invaluable to our company and clients. She is extremely knowledgeable of each carrier's products and offerings, which enables her to bring creative and innovative ideas to business owners. After hours, Silvia is a busy wife and mom managing the lives of her children with school activities, sports and many other interests.
Director of Sales
Michael studied business at California State University Northridge while working to obtain his insurance license before joining the Davidow team in 2015. He specializes in employee benefits, employer communications, and ACA processing. Recently, Michael has been committed to enhancing our online HRIS System through various technological platforms. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time camping and cooking.
